This Refund Policy applies to paid BalaShoppa features purchased through the mobile app.
Payments are processed by the app store. Refund decisions are usually handled by the store where you made the purchase, such as Google Play.
1. Product types

2. Google Play purchases
If you purchased BalaShoppa through Google Play, refund requests must generally be made through Google Play. Google may approve or deny refunds according to Google Play policies and applicable law.

3. PRO prepaid/top-up products
PRO top-ups provide time-limited access for the purchased duration. Because access begins after purchase validation, PRO top-ups are generally not refundable once active, except where required by law or approved by the app store.
If you believe a PRO purchase was accidental, duplicated, not delivered, or affected by a technical fault, request a refund through the app store and email support with your purchase details.
4. MAX subscriptions
You can cancel a MAX subscription through the app store account used to purchase it. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the app store approves a refund or applicable law requires one.
After cancellation, MAX access usually remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
5. When to contact us
Email support@stanleydesign.co.za if:
- Your payment completed but PRO or MAX access did not unlock.
- You see a duplicate purchase.
- You cannot restore a valid purchase.
- You need help finding the correct app store refund path.
Include your app store receipt or order number where possible. Do not send card numbers or banking passwords.
6. Refund limits
We cannot guarantee that an app store will grant a refund. We also cannot directly reverse transactions processed by a store if the store requires the refund to be handled through its own systems.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
